Healing from the Root: Sarah Phillipe’s Story & Vision
Discover a Christ-centered approach to find the root cause of your symptoms. Sarah Phillipe shares her journey from chronic illness to faith-filled healing.

If you are physically exhausted and tired of chasing health answers that never seem to bring lasting peace, I want you to know you are not alone. This space was created for the woman who has done the protocols and the elimination diets but still feels like something is missing. We are embarking on a journey to find the root cause of your symptoms while staying firmly anchored in the only One who can truly make us whole.
Moving Beyond the Symptoms to the Root Cause
For many women, the journey toward wellness feels like a never-ending cycle of frustration. You visit doctors who tell you your labs are "normal," yet you know deep down that something is wrong. You might be struggling with brain fog, fatigue, or mystery digestive issues, only to be met with a prescription that masks the symptom rather than addressing why it’s happening in the first place.
Finding the root cause isn't just about biological data; it’s about understanding the terrain of your body and your life. My own path into holistic health began in those very same shoes—as a registered nurse who found herself on the other side of the stethoscope, desperate for answers the traditional medical system couldn't provide.
🎙️ "Healing is about so much more than symptoms. We need answers for our health, but we also need a framework that holds us when those answers don’t come in the shape we expected."
Why Faith is the Missing Piece in Functional Medicine
We often treat our health like a math equation: if I do A and B, I must get C. But our bodies—and our walks with God—don’t always follow a linear path. When we focus only on the physical, we miss the deeper invitation to trust the Creator of our bodies.
In my own life, the physical healing came through removing hidden root-cause stressors and deep physical work like detoxification, but the deepest healing happened in a season of profound disappointment. It was through the grief of infertility and the struggle to grow my practice that God began to dismantle my need for control. I realized that I had been striving in my own strength, making my health and my business and becoming a mother my identity and idols in my life.
True wellness involves stewardship of the body God gave us, but it also requires a heart that is surrendered to His timing and His will.
Foundations for Your Healing Journey
As we explore what it means to heal from the root, we will dive deep into clinical topics, including:
- Drainage and Detoxification: Ensuring your body can actually eliminate toxins.
- Nervous System Regulation: Moving out of a state of constant "fight or flight."
- Gut Health and Hormones: Balancing the internal ecosystem that governs your energy and mood.
- Spiritual Mind Renewal: Replacing the lies of "not enough" with the truth of your identity in Christ.
Healing is a Gift, but Jesus is the Goal
It is possible to pursue health without making health your idol. We can labs-test, supplement, and detoxify with excellence, all while acknowledging that our ultimate peace comes from Him. Whether you are dealing with an autoimmune diagnosis or simply feeling "tired but wired," there is a path forward that doesn't involve constant hustle.
🎙️ "God is not willing to settle for healing the body if it costs us our soul."
If you're ready to stop guessing and start understanding what's really happening in your body, I invite you to join me in this pursuit of faith-filled healing. You don't have to carry the weight of your health journey alone.
