About Sarah

My Healing Journey Changed the Way I Help Women Heal

Your audience may know what it feels like to do everything “right” and still not feel well. They may have been to multiple practitioners, followed restrictive diets, purchased countless supplements, and prayed faithfully, yet remain exhausted, confused, and without meaningful answers or solutions. That is the woman I understand, because I have been her.

I spent thirteen years as a registered nurse, but it was my own experience with chronic illness that transformed how I understood healing. Despite my medical training, I found myself navigating breast implant illness, SIBO, Lyme, mitochondrial dysfunction, stage 4 endometriosis, infertility, and countless symptoms that could not be resolved with a conventional approach or a "wack-a-mole" approach commonly (and unfortunately) found in Functional Medicine. I eventually realized asking only, “What can make this symptom go away?” and began asking a deeper question: “What made my body vulnerable in the first place?”

That question led me beyond symptom management and into functional lab testing, root-cause analysis, detoxification, gut health, nervous system regulation, environmental medicine, and the foundational systems that influence the body’s capacity to heal. Today, as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and Limbic System Rewire Practitioner, I bring more than 20 years of combined medical and holistic health experience to conversations about chronic illness and whole-person healing.

But my story is not simply about discovering a better approach. Along the way, healing itself began to occupy too much of my life. God showed me that it was possible to pursue health so intensely that healing quietly became the finish line...and even an idol. I had to learn that stewarding the body and surrendering the outcome are not opposites. We can participate intentionally in our healing while remembering that our wholeness, worth, and purpose are ultimately found in Christ.

This is the perspective I bring to podcast conversations: clinical understanding, lived experience, and a faith-rooted view of the whole person and healing. I help audiences understand why persistent symptoms are rarely isolated, why even thoughtful protocols may fail when the foundations are overlooked, and how factors such as toxic load, gut dysfunction, hidden infections, impaired drainage, nutrient depletion, environmental exposures, nervous system dysregulation, and chronic striving can intersect.

Just as importantly, I translate complex concepts into language listeners can understand and practical steps they can use. Your audience will leave with a clearer way to think about their symptoms, questions they may not have known to ask, and hope that does not depend on another quick fix. Rather than creating fear around toxins, infections, or chronic illness, I help listeners recognize the wisdom of the body and approach healing with curiosity, compassion, and discernment.

I am especially well suited for podcasts serving Christian women, individuals navigating chronic or complex illness, and audiences interested in functional health, detoxification, gut health, nervous system healing, faith, surrender, identity, and personal transformation. Whether we are exploring a practical health topic or the deeper spiritual lessons within a healing journey, my goal is to help your listeners feel seen, gain meaningful understanding, and walk away equipped to steward their health without allowing it to consume their lives.

What Hosts Are Saying

Feedback from the podcast and summit hosts who have featured Sarah as a guest speaker.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Sarah on The Christian Clinician. As a guest, she can connect complex health concepts to deeper emotional and spiritual issues that can influence how we feel physically, while keeping Christ at the center of the conversation. I appreciated her willingness to openly share her own experiences and could take topics like chronic fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, and our identity in Christ, and make them both understandable and practical. Our conversation felt natural, thoughtful, and genuine, and she gave my listeners a perspective that went beyond just another health protocol. Sarah would be a valuable guest for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and engaging speaker who can thoughtfully bridge the conversation between faith and health.
